A 19th century (1801-1900) Italian rosewood chest of drawers featuring an elegant architectural corbel design. The front features five dovetailed drawers, each framed by a double frame, and retains the original period locks and escutcheons. The cabinet is supported by finely carved corbel feet, while the corner columns are decorated with carved squires. Although it is free of woodworm, it requires restoration and polishing, and is missing keys. The cabinet measures 129 cm high, 117 cm wide, and 51 cm deep.
