The Alanda Sofa, designed by Paolo Piva for B&B Italia in the 90s, is a prime example of innovative design. Made with a steel frame and upholstered in grey Alcantara, the sofa has a fully removable cover and includes an additional air force blue cotton lining. Both covers are in excellent condition, free from tears or defects. The Alanda design features a patented mechanism that allows the armrests and headrest to be adjusted using a hinge system with automatic locking. This innovative mechanism allows the headrest to be easily adjusted from horizontal to vertical and vice versa, and the armrests to be adjusted to different positions. The internal padding is made of cold-foamed polyurethane, ensuring comfort and durability.
