357 Feltri armchair by Gaetano Pesce (green/anthracite)

One of the most important design icons of the twentieth century, 357 Feltri by Cassina is the felt armchair designed by Gaetano Pesce and famous all over the world. It is in fact part of the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York and of the Triennale Design Museum. It has a high back with structure in thick charcoal-colored wool felt, covered in the lower part with thermosetting resin to ensure rigidity and resistance. The seat is instead composed of a green quilted fabric mattress. Finally, hemp ties secure the seat to the structure.
