Orange Big Shadow lamp by Marcel Wanders

Designed by Marcel Wanders, the Big Shadow lamp is a floor lamp providing diffused light, available in different sizes and heights. One of the designer's first projects, Big Shadow fully reflects his vision: a combination of innovative materials and techniques with traditional styles and archetypes. The inspiration for these lamps lies in the classic table lamps, here revisited in a contemporary key with a fabric that not only covers the upper part of the lamp, but also the base, creating a very warm and enveloping light. Big Shadow has a chromed painted metal rod structure and an orange polyamide and viscose covering. The lamp is in excellent condition with normal signs of aging.
