Large ceiling or wall lamp, "Bubbola" model (large version), designed by Umberto Riva and produced by VeArt in the 60s. The lamp has a plastic base, a chromed metal structure and a satin glass lampshade, with the original label "VeArt Scorzè Venezia (Italy), made in Italy". The dimensions are significant: height of 40 cm and diameter of 30 cm, making it a piece with a strong stage presence. Umberto Riva (1928-2021), a renowned architect and designer, was one of the most original protagonists of Italian design. His work, which includes masterpieces of lighting and interior architecture, was celebrated with the Gold Medal Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2018.
