4867 chair by Joe Colombo

The 4867 is the first industrial series produced from a single plastic material, the result of the genius of Joe Colombo. The Universale or 4867 chair is a 1965 project that saw the light in 1968. The hole in the center of the seat aesthetically characterizes the object and performs various functions: it allows it to be moved easily and, in case of use abroad, the water drains . The chair is exhibited in the museum collections of the Vitra Design Museum and the MoMa in New York. The chair is in good condition with natural signs of age related to time.
