The mechanics of the Remington was very simple and consisted of two main parts: a steel coil which contained the ink and the writing tips, and a mechanical part which controlled the movements of the writing head and the release of the ink onto the paper .The Remington is a compact and robust typewriter, with an aesthetic that makes it even more refined and elegant. His ended in the 1990s, when the typewriter market changed dramatically with the introduction of inkjet printers.
