Mid-century lampshade handcrafted in Italy between the 50s and 60s. The structure of the lamp is made with curved rattan canes and the lampshade is made of wicker ribbon. The rattan cane used to produce these items was woven and bent by hand after being immersed in tubs to increase its flexibility. From the largest to the smallest object, it required attention, knowledge and a lot of time to be made. This lamp shows the patina of time and has not undergone restoration. The materials used and the design make it perfect for illuminating and decorating a Riviera style interior. For sale a pair of lamps at the indicated price.
