The UP 5_6 B&B Italia armchair, designed in 1969 by Gaetano Pesce, is characterized by an extraordinary visual impact that has made it unique over time. The UP 5_6 B&B armchair was conceived as a metaphor for the “woman with the ball and chain”, and has become a true cult, an icon of international design. Re-introduced by B&B Italia in 2000, with improvements and materials that have renewed its performance, it is slightly striped at the top and has two small stains always at the top of the armchair. For the rest it is in excellent condition and very comfortable.
