Description
Set of Thonet S32 PV Cesca chairs designed by Marcel Breuer, dated 1981. These 43 year old chairs show a charming and natural wear that enhances their authenticity. The frame is made of Mannesmann chromed steel tubing, while the seat and back are made of black stained wood. Unique and rare, the two-tone geometric circle fabric upholstery in dark grey and black is in very good condition considering its age. Two of the chairs have a small stain or discoloration, while the frames show minor signs of wear, with minimal scratches and superficial nicks, especially on the wood near the center of the back. The chairs have been completely cleaned and are currently stored in a box, ready for reuse or display.
