Set of 6 SE 18 folding chairs, designed by Egon Eiermann for Wilde + Spieth in the 50s, first edition and all branded. This famous model, among the best known of post-war German design, stands out for its sober and functional aesthetics, as well as for the ingenious folding system, perfect for dynamic spaces. The chairs have a solid dark wood frame with seat and backrest in shaped beech plywood, an expression of the artisan quality and rational approach that characterize Eiermann's work. In good vintage condition, they show minor signs of wear consistent with age and use: small chips, surface scratches and a pleasant patina that enriches their historical value. The dimensions when open are 77 x 50.5 x 55 cm, with a seat height of 45 cm; when folded they measure 87.5 x 45 x 12 cm.
