The Selene chair, designed in 1966 by Vico Magistretti, is an icon of modern design made of plastic material. Characterized by a seat and backrest formed by simple curved planes, the chair stands out for its thin and tapered legs, similar to those of a common wooden chair. Magistretti exploited the potential of the plastic material, using a mold with a thickness of just 3 millimeters and a very resistant S-shaped section.
