The Tizio lamp, designed by Richard Sapper in 1972 for Artemide, is an icon of functional and innovative design. Characterized by a system of agile joints without electrical cables, it is kept in balance thanks to integrated counterweights. The arms of the lamp also act as current conductors, while the transformer, positioned in the base, acts as a weight to ensure its stability. The dimensions of the lamp in the upright position are 119 cm high and 11 cm wide, while in the folded position they measure 66 cm high and 78 cm wide.
