Description
The object no longer in production, never used and kept protected in a loft for almost 50 years is sold in excellent condition and in its original vintage packaging. Designed by Franco Bettonica - OPI studio Milan - in 1975, the Nautical Ashtray in metal is part of the Cini&Nils smoking collection. It is designed to perform its function in a safe and rational way. First of all because it does not slip and does not tip over. On the base, ninety-six small cylinders arranged in a radial pattern ensure perfect anchoring and consequent absolute stability at any inclination and on any type of surface. The other features are just as many precise advantages of use: - windproof dome: prevents accidental escape of ash even in the presence of strong air currents, wide mouth, large extinguishing surface and high capacity (up to approximately 20 cigarette butts) - maximum ease of cleaning, allowed by the smooth and connected internal surfaces. In addition to nautical use, they are mainly intended for individual use at the desk, at the meeting table and on the armrest of the chair. It is made of three pieces: body in stamped brass, nickel-plated and brushed; plate in melamine; bottom in black non-slip rubber. The original packaging is in cardboard printed in two colors.
