For products without a specific brand, modern or antique, the selection is more rigorous and requires high standards to maintain the quality of our offer.

The product team evaluates each item individually, paying particular attention to brand, condition, uniqueness and potential market desirability. If a product is rejected, it may not have met one or more of these criteria.

Can I put my vintage or antique items up for sale?

Yes, Deesup accepts vintage and antique items, as long as they are related to historical brands, stylistic currents or important designers. Rare items with unique details are more likely to be published and sold, especially if the description includes detailed information on materials, style and period of production.

Can I offer my handicrafts or works of art for sale?

It is not currently possible to offer contemporary handicrafts or works of art for sale, as the shop does not have a specific category for this type of product. Exceptions are statues and sculptures intended as furnishing accessories.

Make sure you have at least 5 photographs and all the information necessary for an accurate description of your product; these include the name of the product, the designer, measurements and further specifications. The product team will refine the description to make it more attractive, increasing the chances of sales.

No. As these are used items, real photos of the product must be provided to best show its condition. Products without real photos will not be evaluated.

At Deesup we evaluate each individual product before we put it up for sale. Generally, publication could take up to 7 days, but this can vary depending on the period; in some cases, the evaluation could take less time.

Can you help me determine the selling price of my product?

The selling price is decided by the seller. We recommend a reduction of at least 40% from the price of new to make it more attractive. If you do not know the original value, you can indicate a price you think is appropriate and the team will give you feedback if necessary.

The reserve price is the minimum price you are willing to accept to sell your product. This threshold facilitates any negotiations with interested customers. We recommend setting a reserve price at least 15% lower than the selling price. If a buyer makes an offer equal to or higher than the reserve price, it will automatically be accepted within 24 hours.

If you've received an offer, it means a user is interested in purchasing but wants to negotiate the price. You can manage it in the RECEIVED OFFERS section of your account, choosing whether to accept, reject, or make a counteroffer.

Responding quickly to offers increases the chances of a sale, so manage the offer as soon as possible. The negotiation remains active for 7 days, then it expires automatically.

In case of sale you will receive a confirmation email. Within your account you can always monitor the status of your products; if the item is sold, the status will be 'sold', otherwise it will be 'on sale'.

It is the seller's responsibility to update the information and availability of its products for sale, to be fair to our audience and to avoid any empty sales. If the sale is not completed due to the seller's responsibility, the seller must incur a penalty in the amount of €50 and promptly remove the product.

The pick up of the product is at street level.
