LC1 armchair by Le Corbusier & Co., made in 1929, produced by the Alivar brand in steel and Tuscan tanned leather in cognac color. Part of the "Great Masters of 20th Century Design" series, this armchair is in excellent condition, kept in a maniacal way. The leather, well stretched, and the chrome are in perfect condition, as are the stitching. Used exclusively as an element for an exhibition corner, no one has ever sat on it. It was kept as a test for EXPO, always protected from dust and kept as new
