Elegant brass table with gold and nickel-plated structure, on the top a series of squares define its precise geometric shape, completed by elements set in methacrylate with a tortoiseshell effect typical of the late Seventies. The model was produced in Italy based on a design by Romeo Rega for Metalarte 1970. The table is present on the official Romeo Rega website in the tables section. His designs are almost always gold, chrome or brass plated. Although there is little verifiable information, some sources believe that Rega worked with star designer Willy Rizzo and prolific designer Gabriella Crespi, as all three designers espouse a very similar aesthetic. Rega is popular among lovers of Hollywood Regency and Seventies design. The model does not have a visible brand.
