Description
The Cassina dining table, designed by Theodore Waddell in 1973, is a design icon inspired by the architecture of tensile structures, characterized by lightness and dynamism. This example, purchased immediately after it went on sale, stands out for its sculptural and molecular balance, where the structure is defined by six legs: three suspended to support the glass top with a beveled lower edge, and three resting on the ground, detached from the top. The result is a table with a strong visual impact, in which engineering and aesthetics blend harmoniously. Both the glass top and the steel base are in excellent condition, free from signs of wear and completely original. The model has no visible branding.
